First of all, this's not an article or even a note, just some random thoughts I'd like to share, actually I haven't write something since a year, I believed I have to learn first how to write then going into action, I haven't yet…but I thought this worth sharing, especially for ME.

Well, it started a year and half ago..actually on Wednesday 29-04-09 at Cairo university,Engineering at the swimming pool! [:, this day was our first meeting we were about just 4 or 5 persons –I still remember- we started to talk about making something for kids, why and what we actually aimed to?, maybe we don't remember, but sure I remember that there was an intention, there was an IDEA..

Days moved, and I found myself responsible for such an IDEA –sure with the help and support of you[: -, IDEA started to be discussed, we started to have conflicts, what we'll exactly do, which kind of children we'll deal with, what's our vision, how we'll continue…too many questions but little answers…we went through the questions, holding meetings, tried to find suitable answers, after about 3 months we started to have our segment, the kids type I mean, but still it was unclear what's the final target.

However, meetings were still going, people were leaving and joining just like bees to and from the cell, some disappointed from the hysteresis system, some found it isn't their priority or goal and OTHERS still believe…11 months after, we started to have our first shape, our first way of working and team shape butt still hearing so many different words, "you are going too SLOW, won't you move??", "the IDEA is great, keep on moving"…etc, players –team members as I used to call them- started to become disappointed, "It's too hard", "we don't have experience with kids", I still remember when I sent them a message "That am tired, and I think it'll take a lot", actually pessimism reached me then, and I was starting to give up.

Dates were always postponed, every time we decided to deal with a school or finish a task, we couldn't reach the accurate date, delaying became our system and worm was our speed, but later on, i felt like if Allah is always behind, when it was fully BLACK, I saw a small light coming over, I found Allah sending messages, I felt hints, I found people helping and supporting; as just two months ago we didn’t have a place to apply the program at, we didn’t have enough resources to help the program being applied, but…

NOW, after exactly 527 days we've deals to apply more than 4 programs in this year only, NOW, we're applying our first program…NOW, we've a great team players…NOW, we've our own structure, our own rules…NOW we can accept more and more people to help…NOW I believed more in Allah's mercy to us…NOW, am HAPPY and PROUD with what Allah gave us, and it's just the start [:

Am writing this words just a day before joining the army, I really wanted to stay here by your side working and supporting and seeing the IDEA growing more and more, but I believe it's fate, and I believe it's much better for me and for the IDEA, i didn’t decide to write such words, but I remembered Mai Ali's words about sharing this and how much it may affect people…

Am writing them just for two reasons,

1. "و أما بنعمة ربك فحدث" as I wouldn’t make it without Allah Merci and support.
2. : I finally discovered that dreams can be achieved, I discovered that one can have a dream without being asleep, I found that when you really need something good, Allah is here to answer, when you believe in a good thing the whole world comprises to make it for you, so when you got a dream, please WAKE UP and go reach it, nothing will help you until you move, so you have to start it NOW, I can admit that; "when you really believe in something, be sure that you'll achieve it", simply "BELIEVE ==> ACHIEVE"

Just another thing, this was just the first dream, and more dreams are coming on…this's just the start, wait for the REAL MECCANO…

• For the co-founders who had the idea, say Alhamdulelah, it's turning into reality and Allah has made it finally for us and as Allah let it start, he'll make it Continue isA[:.

•  Players, remember when we first think about it, remember when you first join, remember when it seemed over, remember the conflicts and debates...remember when we first saw KIDS and played with them, remember the first time we heard their laughs, remember the smile on their faces and YOURS -the first time i saw you smile that happy clear way[:- , remember "MALAK, YASIN, NOUR, MAZEN:P,  RETAJ, MAYA and many others you touched them just in 2 hours[:...it's really coming true,

    I feel like if a son, just learnt how to walk, it's MECCANO, i believe i'll see him running soon [: 

• For the players who joined later, be sure that there's a legend beyond this appearing MECCANO, so do your best to make it better as other did, it's your turn[:.

• For those who'll join then, be sure that we'll be glad having you beside us helping and supporting kids COLORING the future.

NOW I can see the BUTTERFLY flying after 527 days being a worm, NOW I can leave it in your hands and i do believe in you and I believe more in Allah[:.

JUST NEVER LET IT DOWN [:

Players, am very grateful and thankful to all of you, you were always there by my side, you showed a lot of motive and passion to meccano, you're NOW COLORING THE FUTURE, so please forgive me for anything or any shortage i did while working, i really OWE you a lot [:[:

i wish i could write some names here, but i might forget others, so wait for your personal messages [;

Sorry for this long random miss-arranged thoughts, just what am feeling right now [:
